Station 6 – Partners share box, alt. Box jumps (1×1)

Station 7 – Jumping Jack Tuck Jumps

Station 8 – 4 scissor abs + 4 flutter abs

Station 9 – Squat Jumps

Station 10 – Sit ups on med ball
