I got invited last minute to participate in the Oly seminar at CF Tri-Cities in St. Charles with Mike Gattone. Rebecca is going to fill in for the 830 and 930 WODs this Saturday.


I have a fun one for you guys. Bringing back a classic slobber knocker from our friends at CF Springfield, the ole 8 Ball… fun times.

To be performed with a partner (or solo if you are feeling froggy… It took me over 40min to finish it the first time we tried it if I recall correctly)

*you must complete all 8 reps of a movement if you start that movement.


Start where ever you’d like. There is a 45min time limit. Perform Eight rounds for time of:

8 KB/DB Swings 55lb (24kg) /35lb (16kg)
8 Pull-ups
8 Box Jumps 24/20″
8 Thrusters 95/65lb
8 Knees to elbows
8 Deadlifts 205/135lb
8 Push-ups
8 Push Press 95/65lb
