Sarah was back today looking extra tan! yeah we are jealous.  here is a handstand from St. Maarten.

 

Props go to Ken today for crushing the chipper today. He has been regularly attending the 1030, and when I got the chance to fill in for Dan today, I got to see how much his work capacity had improved since Elements! amazing! he was knocking the bar facing burpees out like nothing. Good job Kenny.

 

Today Im bringing back a classic. Clark today is the day I pass you up for that top spot, i can feel it!!! 😉

 

Warm  up skills: shoulder prehab, cuban presses, muscle up practice

WOD:

30 Muscle ups for time.

The scale is 120 pullups and dips. (preferably done in sets of 4)

Cool Down: hip external rotator strengtheners. I got a couple new ones to show you today.
